Infant & Toddler Mental Health: Promoting your Child's Social-Emotional Wellbeing
This presentation is designed to empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge and tools needed to support the mental health and social-emotional development of infants and toddlers aged from birth to 3 years old. Learn how to foster a nurturing environment where young children can thrive emotionally, laying the foundation for their lifelong mental well-being. Participants will leave the session able to identify self-regulation skills for young children and a toolbox of activities that will promote social-emotional skill development. This workshop is presented by Sinane Goulet, Licensed Certified Social Worker and Certified Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Clinician.
